Billing

Invoices can be printed per customer, per project, per period. The amount that needs to be billed can be calculated based on quoted, entered and approved hours * tariff and a fixed amount. Entered kilometers * kilometer tariff, fixed travel costs and expenses can be added to the invoice as well.

The layout of the invoice can be created to size. It is possible to use several standard invoices within one ClockWise installation. A specification of the hours can be added to the invoice. Per entered hour, the comment from the comment screen is printed.
Specification and invoice can both be opened and saved in .html, Word and .pdf format.

Invoice overview

In the invoice overview, all created invoices are displayed. These can be opened and reminders can be created, for example. The turnover in a certain period can be viewed and also which invoices have not been paid yet.
