User profiles

Within ClockWise, different user profiles can be created. Standard, three profiles are delivered: Administrator, Division manager, and User. An administrator (standard) has access to all sections of ClockWise, a user only has access to the hour registration and a number of reports, and a division manager has, apart from the user rights, approval rights as well.

These profiles can be edited and new profiles can be created. For every user profile it is possible to configure which sections of ClockWise are accessible to a group. For example, hour management can be turned off for the standard user.

For the hour registration page, many configurations are possible. You can determine the maximum number of entered hours per day, whether or not hours are allowed to be entered after the deadline, whether it is allowed to exceed the number of quoted hours, can a week be submitted without having entered the minimum number of contract hours, and more.

At authorizations per employee, there is the option to set up what rights a user has over a page. These can be rights over everybody, or everybody in his division, or only over himself.
