Reporting
The registered hours can easily be consulted through a number of reports.
Through selection menu's, the reports per division, per employee, per project and per period can be displayed.
Hours
The hour report offers many different hour presentations. There are several selection options to reduce the search, such as
Andere selecties die mogelijk zijn:
- customer/project,
- division/employee,
- billed/not billed,
- period,
- approved and disapproved etc.
For example, you can see the total number of hours entered on a project, or by an employee, within a certain period.
Standard, the hours are displayed separately per entered unit (per project per employee per day).
The report offers different summation options as well, among other things per period (week/month/year), per division, per employee, or per customer.
Projects
The report "project" gives information about the number of quoted versus the number of entered hours on project level, on subproject level and on assignment employee- subproject level.
Maintenance
This report gives information about so-called maintenance projects. No hours are quoted for this project, because they are continuous. The report shows the total number of entered hours for a project.
Internal
This is a report for all internal projects. Those can be free hours, for example. Per employee, the total number of entered hours per day is displayed. The number of planned hours, the number of entered hours and the difference between the two, is displayed as well. It also shows the free hours per employee per date.
Planning
Per employee can be viewed what projects he is working on within a certain period. The number of quoted hours, the number of entered hours, and the start and end date of these projects is displayed. Based on this, you can see whether or not an employee has enough time left to work on another project. This information is also available at the section planning, however it is displayed differently. The presentation there is the so-called Gant Charts display.
Template report
At the time projects have been created through templates, a report becomes available. This gives, as it were, a cross-report.
A template project is a project that appears more than once, with the same structure. This can be created to make it easier and faster to create projects with that same structure, by copying it.
Example: There is a template project Training X with subprojects intake, training hours, and evaluation. At the time more projects have been created with this template, in the template report the total number of hours on the subproject intake, for example, will be displayed over all projects.
