Time tracking

The time tracking or (or hour registration) entry screen shows the user those projects and subprojects he is allowed to enter hours on. At every entered hour, a comment can be placed.

By setting up user profiles, it can be determined whether travel distance, travel costs and expenses can be entered at the hours. Also, it can be indicated at which number of hours per week employees can submit their hours. Can employees enter more hours than quoted? Can a deadline be exceeded? All of this can be configured per user group at the section settings. Apart from submitting the hours of a week, it is possible to close months.
