Hour management

On the hour management page, hours can be approved and overviews can be viewed. Hour management is divided into three sections:

• the weekly overviews
• the monthly overviews
• pdf overviews per employee/per customer for the approval through a signature

Weekly overviews

At the section weekly overviews, the number of hours per week, per employee for every day is displayed. There is the option to view on which subprojects the hours have been entered.

If the hours are correct, they can be approved. On this page there is also the option to give feedback to the employee, by placing a comment at the week or by checking a certain hour field. The comment and the check will be visible in the hour matrix of the regarding user at the next login. If the hours are not approved, the administrator himself can edit them, if he is authorized to do so, or he can hand over the week again.

Approval can be set up for line managers (division managers), project managers and for customers. With the last option, customers can approve hours for their project online, before they are billed to the customer.

Monthly overviews

On this page, the number of entered hours per month is displayed. In a different colour, it is indicated which weeks of the month have not been submitted, which ones have been submitted, and which ones have been approved. By clicking on an employee, a page appears with a monthly specification. In this overview, per day, the subprojects hours have been entered on, are printed with the number of hours behind it. The "internal" (indirect) subprojects and the accessory hours are displayed separately from the other (direct) subprojects.
